Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns for Orders Purchased Directly from Scale Motorsport
If you purchased a product directly from Scale Motorsport and wish to return it, you may do so within the applicable return period (no longer than 30 days after date of confirmed delivery). The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and verified to be unused and free from damage, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any original shipping charges.
2. Damaged Orders Purchased Directly from Scale Motorsport
If your order was purchased directly from Scale Motorsport and arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, but no longer than 30 days after date of confirmed delivery. The buyer is responsible for returning the damaged product for inspection. Once the damage has been verified, Scale Motorsport will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.
3. Products Purchased from Authorized Scale Motorsport Dealers
If you purchased a Scale Motorsport product from an authorized Scale Motorsport dealer and the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days after date of confirmed delivery with the dealer's name and any available order information so we can verify the purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping the damaged product to Scale Motorsport for inspection. Once the damage has been verified, we will replace the damaged product and ship the replacement at no charge.
Please note that products purchased from authorized dealers are eligible for replacement only in cases of verified damage. Scale Motorsport does not provide refunds for products purchased through dealers. Returns due to buyer preference, ordering errors, or change of mind must be handled directly with the original dealer and are subject to that dealer's policies.
