We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Scale Motorsport products and our service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any purchase you made we will gladly replace or refund your purchase, whichever you prefer.
All refunds, either by credit card account or Scale Motorsport company check ill require that you return the unused portion of the item(s) you purchased, please note:
- Credit Card Refunds: Any returns made to a credit card, must be made to the credit card that was originally used for the transaction
- Check & Cash Purchases: If you choose to take a complete refund and your original transaction was made by cash, check or money order, we will send you a check for the amount that equals the cost of the product you return, plus shipping.
Of you choose to have a part replaced, simply contact us directly either by phone: 203-244-5423 or email: email@example.com . Tell us your product problem and we’ll do our best to send out a new replacement. We will need to know your name, ship to address and the invoice number from your original purchase.
